Terms of Use

The terms that govern your access to and use of the NTFSA website and the information and services made available through it.

Last updated: 26 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NTFSA website and the information and services made available through it. NTFSA is operated by the National Taxi Financial Services Association, a subsidiary of MultiDo. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1.About NTFSA and what we do

NTFSA is a financial services association and platform that helps taxi operators, owners, drivers, associations and stakeholders access insurance, funding, investment, education and related solutions. In many cases these products are provided, underwritten or advised on by independent, licensed third parties. NTFSA facilitates access; it does not, by operating this website, itself act as your insurer, lender or financial adviser unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

2.No financial, legal or tax advice

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. You should obtain advice from an appropriately licensed professional before making any financial decision. See our Disclaimer for more.

3.Membership and services

Applying for membership or requesting information through this website does not, on its own, create a binding agreement for any product. Any product or service you take up is subject to its own application, approval, terms and (where applicable) the licensing of the provider. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion and in line with the law.

4.Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

  • Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
  • Interfere with, damage or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
  • Use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful or unsolicited material.
  • Copy, scrape or reproduce site content except as permitted below.

5.Intellectual property

The NTFSA name, emblem, livery, text, graphics and layout of this website are owned by or licensed to NTFSA and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute or adapt them without our written permission.

6.Third-party links and products

This website may link to, or facilitate products from, third parties. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, advice or conduct. Any dealing with a third party is between you and that third party on its own terms.

7.Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTFSA, MultiDo and their directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NTFSA against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the website.

10.Privacy and access to information

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our PAIA Manual, which form part of these Terms.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12.Changes and severability

We may amend these Terms from time to time; the version published here applies. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

13.Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@ntfsa.co.za.
